Thank you for helping us feed our addiction. We’re unabashedly in love with vegetables and everything that goes into them.
At Eatsell Farm, we’re four women ages 9-51, who live swell and think you should too. We grow, eat and live sustainably, we’re healthier because we do and believe if you eat local, seasonal, organic vegetables from our farm, you’ll be healthier too.
We started growing together in 2007. It started small we called it a garden then. It’s always been organic, over time we’ve gotten smarter about nurturing the soil with compost and by rotating crops. We’ve become very particular about the vegetable varieties mostly heirloom seeds, we grow. Over the almost half a dozen years we’ve expanded our knowledge and our efforts. Our farm is an urban farm, right here in Winston-Salem’s city limits. Recently, we realized that we had such an abundance of beautiful, nourishing, produce that we felt compelled to offer this CSA.
What is a CSA?
CSA is an acronym for community support agriculture. It is a connecting bond, a show of support between individuals in a community and the local farmer. It is the way our ancestors lived, interdependently, eating safe, seasonal, organic foods from someone they knew. This is probably something we don’t have to explain to you at this point, you’re already part of Eatswell Farms’ family.
But Eatswell Farm is not an average CSA, we’re the CSA for the gourmet.
Here’s how it works
We promise the freshest, most delicious vegetables, we also promise you an experience that will enrich your senses, palate and your wellness.
Each Thursday for the next six weeks, you will receive a beautiful bounty along with some tasty surprises, packaged uniquely for your family.
Please return the non-edible contents and the produce tray, clean and fresh, no later than Tuesday. We will replenish it and deliver again Thursday.
